There are multiple endings, but who gives a ●●●●. I find this game HOT garbage due to unresponsive controls (grr, inertia), large hitbox, and flashy effects that obscured bullet visibility, making this game a lot harder for all the wrong reasons, especially for getting higher ranks.

I got the true ending by beating the story mode on hard difficulty. You can't start the game on hard out of the box, as the game encourages you to play three times in order: Easy > Normal > Hard.

Beating the game on hard earns you a true ending. Also, I forgot what my playtime is.
